BATTISTELLI, Ursula T. 80, of Clark Road St. Clairsville, Ohio, formerly of Wheeling, W.Va., died November 21, 2008, in Wheeling Hospital.
She was born May 18, 1928, in Benwood, a daughter of the late Stephen and Anna Marie Ralbusky Rogozenski.
Ursula was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church St.Clairsville.
She was known for her quick wit and humored views on life's entailments and she never failed to make someone smile. Emitting an indescribable love for her family and friends she was at her best when those she loved were happiest.
In addition to her parents, Ursula was preceded in death by her husband, Benny Battistelli in 2001.
Surviving are her children, Stephen A. (Jean) Battistelli Wheeling, Lisa (Terry) Lavorini, St. Clairsville, Sandra Battistelli Wheeling and Nancy Bonnesen Belmont, Ohio; her sister, Patty Vannatter, Loving, NM and five grandchildren, Amanda (Gwilym) Cauley, Lindsey, Rebecca and Alina Corey and Victoria Lavorini and her "poochkie" Sadie.
Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Beck-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory St. Clairsville with Fr. Thomas Chillog officiating.
