SHAW, Mark Joseph “Joey,” 34, of Valley Grove, W.Va., died Monday, August 27, 2007, in the Wheeling Hospital.

He was born December 11, 1972 in Wheeling, W.Va. Joey was a foreman for Asplundh Tree Service; and a Methodist by faith. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joseph R. Lough; and his wife, Crystal L. Maynard Shaw.

Surviving are his mother, Deborah Lough Shaw and stepfather, Robert Yost; adoptive father, Clyde “Bill” Shaw; father, Charles Galloway; grandparents, Yvonne Lough, and John and Lela Nickerson; two stepsons, Billy Brady and Jerome Maynard; a sister, Billyjo Crim and her husband, Chris; a brother, Billy Shaw and companion, Matt Gastner; two nieces, Cortnei and Baylei; three grandchildren, Auziah, Meya, and Aaliyah; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; like a brother, Jimbo; and a special friend, Lorrie and children.

There will be a Memorial gathering Friday, August 31, 2007, from 4-7 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home, Burke Chapel, 2101 Warwood Avenue, Wheeling.
