He was born May 20, 1984, at Glen Dale, WV, son of Kevin and Rayetta Beaver Rine.
Friends will be received Saturday from 2-6 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1109 Second St., Moundsville, and Sunday from 11 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m.
