Ashley Ann Barker and Matthew Robert Steele were united in marriage at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 7, at Anne Kuchinka Amphitheater, Oglebay Park, with Bishop John Hopkins officiating.
Parents of the bride are Kathy and Dr. Gary Barker of Cadiz.
Parents of the groom are Susan and Craig Steele of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
Melissa Steadman was matron of honor.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Harrison Central High School; a 2004 graduate of Malone University; a graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary, Washington, D.C., with a master's degree of divinity and a graduate of American University, Washington, with a master's degree in nonprofit management. As a United Methodist Church pastor, she serves Real Life Community of Faith in Morristown.
The groom is a 1999 graduate of Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy, a 2003 graduate of Malone University and a 2007 graduate of the University of Akron with engineering degrees. He manages federal infrastructure design in Pittsburgh as a senior engineer with the Maguire Group Inc.
After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple resides in Carnegie, Pa.
