Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Allen Smith of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Alisha Anne Smith, to Joshua Lee Parsons, son of Mr. and Mrs. James T. Gibbons of Bloomingdale.
Smith is a 2000 graduate of Shadyside High School and a 2005 graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting. She is employed by Alternative Home Health as payroll-human resources manager and is the owner of Gourmet Goodies by Alisha.
Parsons is a 2002 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2005 graduate of Belmont Technical College with associate degrees in both computer science and microcomputer networking. He is employed by Technical Solutions as director of operations.
A March 19 wedding is planned.
