Bill and Norma Beckett and Paul and Viatsa Chacalos, all of Wheeling, announce the engagement of their children, Lynnette Beckett and Pete Chacalos, both of Wheeling.
Beckett is a graduate of Wheeling Park High School, a graduate of Ohio Valley University and a graduate of Duff's Business Institute. She is a freelance court reporter in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Chacalos is a graduate of Wheeling Park High School, a graduate of West Virginia University and a graduate of Ohio University, Athens. He is employed by the Ohio County Board of Education as a national board-certified biology teacher.
A July 30 wedding is planned.
