Bill and Cindy Bruney of Martins Ferry announce the engagement of their daughter, Mandy Renae Bruney, to Richard Allen Fetty, son of Vicki and Mac Fetty of Tiltonsville.
Bruney is a 2001 graduate of Martins Ferry High School, a 2005 graduate of The Ohio State University with an English pre-education major and a 2007 graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a Master of Education degree. She is employed as an English teacher at Pickerington High School North.
Fetty is a 1996 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and 2002 graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Health Science degree. He is employed as a health finance specialist with the Ohio Department of Health.
A July 23 wedding is planned at St. Joseph Cathedral, Columbus.
