Mark and Sandy Ritchie of Mount Olivet announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Renae Ritchie, to Joseph Michael Nelson, son of Debra Nelson of Mozart and David Nelson of Moundsville.
Ritchie is a 2009 graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College with a degree in respiratory care. She is employed by Greenery Specialty Care Center, Canonsburg, Pa., as a respiratory therapist.
Nelson is employed by the Wheeling Housing Authority.
A September wedding is planned.
