Hunter Biddle and Betty Ann Howell Brown of St. Clairsville celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary Sunday, July 3.
They were united in marriage July 3, 1946 at First Presbyterian Church, St. Clairsville.
Betty Brown is the daughter of the late Howard and Bertha Fritter Howell of Flushing. She is a former employee of Ohio Bell Telephone Co. and is a homemaker.
Brown is the son of the late Hunter and Catherine Biddle Brown of St. Clairsville. He is retired from Ohio Bell Telephone Co. and Oglebay Park.
They enjoys camping, gardening and spending time with their family.
They have four children. The family includes Joyce Zambito and her husband, Michael, of Wheeling; Patricia Ranttila and her husband, Jack, of Hoffman Estates, Ill.; Roger and his wife, Vickie, of Middleboro, Mass., and Amy Hiner and her husband, Matthew, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. They have eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
They will celebrate their anniversary with a family gathering.
