DeFELICE, T.J., 56, of Shadyside, Ohio, died Monday, July 25, 2011, in Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, W.Va.

T.J. was born October 14, 1954 in Glen Dale, W.Va., a son of Tony John DeFelice Sr. and the late Ada Wayt DeFelice.

He was co-founder of DeFelice Brothers Pizza, a member of the Sons of Italy Lodge #754 of Bellaire and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church Shadyside, Ohio.

Preceding him in death was his second wife Cathy DeFelice, his mother Ada Wayt DeFelice.

Surviving are a son Tony J. (Darrnell) DeFelice, a daughter Angela Marie DeFelice, his father, Tony John DeFelice Sr., a brother Dominic (Amy) DeFelice his first wife and friend Ruth Minor DeFelice all of Shadyside, Ohio, a sister Jennie Lynn (Richard) Marzella of Katy, Texas, three grandchildren, Gianna, Isabella and Dario DeFelice, two nephews, Daniel Marzella and Dante' DeFelice, a niece, Alexandria "Ali" Marzella

Family and friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 441 37th St., Bellaire, Ohio. Funeral Liturgy with Mass is Friday at 11 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church Shadyside, Ohio, with Father Samuel Saprano as celebrant. Sons of Italy service is 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Entombment will be at the convenience of the family in Guardian Angel Mausoleum. Mt. Calvary Cemetery Bellaire, Ohio.
