Kathryn M. Duda of Shadyside and Michael E. Kelly of Wheeling announce their engagement.
Duda is the daughter of the late Stephen S. and Jane C. Duda.
Kelly is the son of Rosemary G. Kelly and the late Edward F. Kelly.
Duda is a graduate of Mount de Chantal Visitation Academy and a graduate of Bethany College. She is a writer and editor at Wheeling Jesuit University.
Kelly is a graduate of Linsly Military Institute and a graduate of West Virginia University College of Law. He is an attorney with Jackson Kelly, PLLC.
