Bill and Isabell Metzger of Wellsburg celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on Sept. 3.
The Metzgers are members of the Wellsburg First Presbyterian Church.
Isabell Metzger is a member of the Heatty Elizabeth Beatty Chapter of Questers in Steubenville.
Metzger is a member of the Wellsburg Kiwanis Club and Masons, and is a lifetime advisory board member of the Salvation Army.
The couple has three daughters, Carol Lynn, Mary Jane McElroy and Barbara Lauck. They have four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A buffet luncheon at Staffelino's on the River in Wellsburg was given in their honor.
