Kaitlyn Marie Grosso and Robert Sean Ardigo were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, at the Cathedral of St Joseph, Wheeling, with the Rev. Dennis Schuelkens officiating the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Charles Grosso of Naples, Fla., and Christine Wharton of Wheeling.
The groom is the son of Robert and Phyllis Ardigo of Warrenton, Va.
Amanda Voellinger was matron of honor. Ryan Ardigo served as best man.
Other attendants were Lauren Gioia, Krysta Ardigo, Abby Clovis, Kelly Markovich, Amy Jordan, Carrie Verba, Samantha Atkinson, Shay Hale, Shay Stein, Antonio Grosso, Anthony Gioia, Jamie Ardigo, Mark Voellinger, Matt Pang, Chris Tiffany, Erik Bohar, T.J. Lauch, Anthony Amato, Addyson Ardigo and Landon Smeltz.
A reception was held at Glessner ballroom, Wilson Lodge, Oglebay Park.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and a 2006 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and public relations. She is employed as a sales representative for Medical Services of America in Virginia.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of South Brunswick High School and a 2006 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in sports management. He is employed as a sales consultant for Data Tel in Virginia.
After a wedding trip to St. Lucia, the couple will reside in Virginia.
