BOWERSTON - Brannt Pieniazek scored 18 points for Steubenville Catholic as the Crusaders held off a furious fourth-quarter rally by Conotton valley to pick up their first victory of the season.
The Crusaders led 53-34 after three quarters, only to watch the Rockets win the fourth, 35-23.
Brenton Colabella added 14 points for SCC, while Ryan Fletcher scored 11 and Michael Carapellotti had 10.
Keaton Carrothers paced Conotton Valley (2-1) with 22 points. Brandon Bailey added 19 points and Zac Lyons tacked on 10.
