Rose and Jim Riggs of Wheeling celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Friday, Dec. 9.
They were united in marriage Dec. 9, 1961.
Rose Riggs is a teller at WesBanco.
Riggs is retired from Scott Lumber. He works part-time.
They are the parents of three children. The family includes Kathleen Knight and her husband, Craig, of Wheeling; David and his wife, Kerri, of Wheeling and James and his wife, Shannon, of Moundsville. They have nine grandchildren.
An open house was held at their home Saturday, Dec. 10.
