PARKERSBURG - Mark Winters finished with a double-double scoring 33 points and grabbing 13 boards as Magnolia edged Parkersburg. Zach Willhoite added 12 points for the Blue Eagles.
Devin Hoeghn led Parkersburg with 28 points while Alex Ash and Jeremy Bell added 14 apeice.
