WEIRTON - Behind 19 points from Drazen Frankovitch, the Madonna boys won the Weirton city championship via a 65-62 victory against Weir in boys' high school basketball action Friday night.
Ross Comis added 14 points for the Blue Dons (9-2), while Clay Rokisky chipped in 11.
Leading the way for the Red Riders was Harley Mills with 23 points, followed by Mike Drizake with 14.
