MARTINS FERRY - Buckeye Local jumped out to a 9-0 lead after two innings and never looked back in routing Martins Ferry.
Dana Bettineschi homered, singled and drove in four for the Panthers (3-3). Kierstyn Czuchran also plated four and was a triple short of the cycle. Aliyah Morelli laced three singles, while Taryn Tonkovich had two.
Addie Suriano had two singles for the Purple Riders.
