WILLIAMSTOWN - The Wheeling Central boys and girls tennis teams beat Williamstown by identical scores of 6-1 on Saturday.
For the boys, Brett Szeligo and Jon Haley won at No. 2 and No. 3 singles, respectively. Szeligo then teamed up with Jacob Mayles to win at No. 1 doubles. On the girls' side, Central swept through singles play and the tandems of Joanna Capito/Natalie Capito and Brynn Jenkins/Christine Gompers won at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles, respectively.
