BELLAIRE - St. John exploded for 13 runs in the sixth inning to cap a victory against St. Clairsville.
Hannah Absalom belted a grand slam, a single and finished with six RBI for the Irish (10-2).
Gina Beekman added three singles and three RBI for St. John, Rosa Young laced three singles, Kaydie Coppa doubled and drove in a run and Sydney Helms singled twice with two RBI.
Jesse Machovina tripled and singled for the Red Devils (5-7), while Kaci Rykowski had two singles and two RBI.
