NEW MARTINSVILLE - Magnolia rebounded from a tough loss Tuesday by controlling Valley.
Chandler Sapp tossed a two-hitter for the Blue Eagles (9-7), striking out six and walking one.
Jayson Keller had two doubles, a single and four RBI for Magnolia, while Grant Cain doubled, laced two singles and drove in two. Sapp, Zach Wilhoite and Tanner Hanna each added two hits.
Hunter Ring had a single and an RBI for the Lumberjacks (7-6).
