ST. CLAIRSVILLE - Lauren Figura earned a victory and drove in four runs with three hits including a three-run homer, as St. Clairsville (11-10) was able to dispatch rival Martins Ferry to claim the Buckeye 8 title.
Krista Morrison added a double, two-run home run and three RBI for the Red Devils, while Taylor Clark drove in a run and Jesse Machovina had two hits.
Cassie Hanson had the lone Purple Riders RBI and losing pitcher Cirstie Delguzzon singled twice.
