NEGLEY, Reverend John Manning, 82, of Kingwood, WV, died on Monday, February 27, 2012, at Heartland of Preston County.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012, at the Wesley United Methodist Church in Kingwood at 2 p.m. with Reverend Jennifer Williams officiating.
