SMITH, David L., of Wellsburg died Sunday April 29, 2012, at Lifeline Hospital in Wintersville, OH.
He was born July 4, 1930, to the late Daniel and Louise Corso LeMasters.
He was a Baptist by faith, an army veteran, who served during the Korean Conflict, and a retired employee of the the Pillsbury Co. in Wellsburg, with 43 years of service. David loved wood crafting and also dearly loved his dog Angel.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years Kathleen Maloney Smith; one half- brother, Daniel Smith and his wife Eileen; and one half-sister Vicky Mercer and her husband Gene all of Wellsburg.
Private viewing and services will be held at the request of the family at Reasner Funeral Home, 1515 Charles St., Wellsburg.
Entombment will be held at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee, WV, with full graveside honors provided by the Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial Squad.
