Elizabeth Leigh Messer and Kevin Joseph Miller were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, May 5, at the Tisinger House at Victory Farms, Bowdon, Ga., with the Rev. Ron Huggins officiating the ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. James Thomas Messer of Bowdon.
The groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Kelly Joseph Miller of Wheeling.
Bridget Ryan was maid of honor. Ryan McNeil served as best man.
Other attendants were Bethany Simmons; Lauren Neighbors; Kacie Miller, sister of the groom; Anna Messer; Vivi Parker; Matt Thalman; Ricci Zambito; Mark Sapon; Andrew Messer; Chris Messer, Rob Messer and Zachary Messer, brothers of the bride; Rylan Fuller and Clay Fuller.
A reception was held at the Tisinger House.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Bowdon High School, a 2008 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing and a 2010 graduate of Georgia State University with a master's degree in sports administration. She is employed by Octagon Sports Marketing.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School, a 2005 cum laude graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and finance and a 2006 graduate of West Virginia University with a master's degree in sports management. He is employed as a major gifts officer with the Mountaineer Athletic Club at West Virginia University.
After a wedding trip to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, the couple will reside in Morgantown.
