PARKS, Carol V. 82, of Middlebourne, WV passed away on Friday, May 11, 2012 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born on March 20, 1931 in Glouster, OH, the daughter of the late Sidney and Jennie Nott Cuckler.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, David Parks Jr., and two children, James and Gennine Parks.
Surviving is a daughter, Terry (Richard) Pletcher of Akron, OH; two sons, David Parks III, and Lary Parks both of Middlebourne; three grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; and a brother, Gary (Patty) Cuckler, of Akron, OH.
Friends will be received on Tuesday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of funeral services at 1 p.m. at Palmer Funeral Home, Pine Grove, WV.
Interment at the Parks Cemetery, Reader, WV.
