Mr. and Mrs. Brad West of Wheeling and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Houseman of Baltimore, Md., announce the engagement of their children, Chad West and Andrea Houseman.
Houseman is completing a graduate degree in urban and regional planning at Virginia Commonwealth University.
West is a 2003 graduate of Bethany College with a bachelor's degree in political science and a 2006 graduate of the University of Michigan Ford School of Public Policy with a master's degree in public policy. He is employed with the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C.
A June 16 wedding is planned in Baltimore.
