HARRIS, June Fabian, 93, of Lansing, Ohio, passed Thursday May 31, 2012 at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born in Lansing on April 4, 1919, a daughter of the late Joseph and Nellie Ptak Fabian and she was a member of the Lansing United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Daniel Harris; a grandson: Daniel West; a brother Stanley Fabian; and three sisters Violet Thompson, Helen Hunter and Vern Kidney.
June is survived by a son Thomas S. Harris and his wife Roslyn of Fort Mill, SC; a daughter Sharon West and her husband Dr. Charles West of Lilburn, GA; grandchildren Thomas James (Deborah) of Indian Trail, NC, Susan Hooper (Aaron) of Charlotte, NC, Dr. Laura Townsend (Dylan) of San Diego, CA; and six great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received Saturday, June 2, 2012 from 9 until the time of service at 10:30 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, with Rev. Julianne Gebbie officiating.
