HARSTAD-WHYTE, Betty Lee, 84, of Wheeling passed away Monday, June 4, 2012 at her home with her family at her side.

A memorial service will be held Friday, June 15, 2012 at 7 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home, 900 National Road at Bethany Pike, Wheeling, WV (304-232-2732). Reverend Mark Seitz officiating. A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
