Andrew Dzinglski

DZINGLSKI, Andrew Peter Sr., "Fat Daddy" / "Jingles," 74, of Wheeling, W.Va., passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012, in Wheeling Hospital.

Andy was born February 17, 1938 in Wheeling, the son of the late Ignatius and Mary (Jaskievich) Dzinglski. He was retired from Weirton Steel Corporation and was the retired owner and operator of Fat Daddy's Upholstery, Wheeling.

He was a member of the former St. Mary Catholic Church and St. Michael Catholic Church, Wheeling; was a U.S. Army veteran; and was a member of the American Legion, Post No. 46, Benwood; and the P.A.P. Club, Wheeling.

In addition to his parents, Andy was preceded in death by his sister, Stella Baginski.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mary Suzanne (Beatty) Dzinglski; four children, Andrew Peter Dzinglski Jr. (Evelyn Andrews) of Columbus, Ohio, Christopher Wayne Dzinglski (Kerri) of Washington, Pa., Lewis Stanley "Stush" Dzinglski (Michelle Rambo) of Wheeling and Stephanie Rose Dzinglski (Jason Bruno) of Wheeling; six grandchildren, Alexander Parker, Ethan Patrick, Lauryn Nicole, Sarah Rose, Avery Nicole and Lilly Anne Dzinglski; and special cousins, Jeanie and Patty Fisher of Wheeling.

There will be no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 23, 2012 at St. Michael Catholic Church, with the Rev. Raju Antony as celebrant. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to either American Diabetes Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
