MILLER, Richard "Dick," passed away September 20, 2011 in Orlando, Florida.
He grew up in Wheeling and graduated from Wheeling Central High School in 1952.
A Graveside Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held on Friday, June 22, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1685 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003.
