From Aug. 11-18, residents have the chance to experience Western Pennsylvania heritage during the annual Washington County Fair.
The theme for 2012 is "Blast from the Past." The 2012 fair will provide a variety of activities for everyone. Neighbors and friends will be joined together for a fun-filled week.
Daily attractions include a petting zoo, Denny Huber, clowns and the wild world of animals.
There also will be performances from high school bands, a demolition derby, livestock exhibits and sales, tractor and truck pulls and harness racing.
Weekly passes are available from Wednesday through Sunday for $30. This year, a special $6 for three-day admission deal, also is available.
