GIRONE, Angelo, 84, passed away peacefully at home in Redmond, WA on June 16, 2012, after battling leukemia.
Angelo spent his childhood years in Wellsburg, WV before eventually moving to Washington state.
He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, and an extraordinary sales manager for Household Finance Corporation where he was widely respected for mentoring others.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 53 years, Angelina Tedeschi of Bellaire, OH; and siblings Thelma Montgomery, John Girone, Tony Girone, and Jim Girone. He is survived by daughters, Susan Cothern and Julie Girone; grandchildren, Jace and Mary; great-grandchildren, Taleah and Giovanni; his sister, Martha Lallone; his brother, Joe Girone; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Angelo was a generous and kind man with a great sense of humor who will be missed by all who cherished him.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 29th at St. Jude Parish in Redmond, WA.
