WHEELING - A naming ceremony in honor of fallen U.S. Army Capt. David VanCamp at the Patterson Ballfields in Wheeling was rescheduled for 8 p.m. Saturday due to tonight's severe thunderstorm.
During the ceremony, a flag pole and the Palomino field at the Elm Grove park will be dedicated in memory of VanCamp, a Wheeling native who died June 29, 2011, while serving in Badrah, Iraq.
