GRAY, Louanna Elizabeth Winters, 68, of Sand Hill, WV, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2012 at Bellaire Acuity Hospital, Belmont County, OH.
She was born September 21, 1943, in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Claude and Tacie Kilgore Winters.
Mrs. Gray was a wonderful homemaker and a community member who was always ready to help. She was a member of the Sand Hill United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Jackie Kernan and Linda Taylor; a brother, Jim Winters; and a daughter, Paula Gray.
Surviving are her husband of 51 years, Russell Wayne Gray; a daughter, Helen Richey and her husband, Randy of Sand Hill; two grandsons, Dustin Richey and his wife, Felicia, and Brandon Richey all of Sand Hill; a great-granddaughter, Laikyn Richey; her brothers and sisters, Judy Gray and her husband, Jim; Claudia Schultz and her husband, Chuck; David Winters and his wife, Patty, Danny Winters and his wife, Diane; Shelley Klamut and her husband, Nick; Daryl Winters; Crystal Gaus and her husband, Bernie; Melody Morris; Cindy Alaminski; sister-in-law, Shirley Winters; very special lifetime friend, Hilda Porter; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Sunday, July 1, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. at the Sand Hill United Methodist Church, with the Reverend Cindy Murphy officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
