ASHWORTH, Lydia, 92 of Bellaire, Ohio, died Friday, June 29, 2012, in her home.
She was born September 4, 1919, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Pete and Pauline Piccinini Mingroni.
Lydia was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was a Catholic by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy V. Ashworth, on August 28, 1992, and six sisters and one brother.
Surviving are two children, Sylvia (Jerry) Eimer and Roy (Margie) Ashworth and one sister. Also one grandson, Nicholas Ashworth and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio, with Fr. Daniel Heusel officiating. Interment in the Holly Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
