DALLAS, Lois Bohrer (nee Sellers), age 81, of New Martinsville, WV, died Monday, July 2, 2012 at Wetzel County Hospital, New Martinsville.
She was born September 1, 1930 in Wetzel County, WV, the daughter of the late Thomas H. and Addie Mason Sellers.
Lois loved flowers, gardening, cooking and travel. She was also a member of Bridge Street Church of Christ in New Martinsville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Tex Robert Bohrer; and second husband, Dale E. Dallas.
Lois leaves her special friend, Lawrence Barnes. She is also survived by several family members in West Virginia, New Mexico and Texas including a brother, Calvin (Karen) Sellers of Wickett, TX; three sisters-in-law, Mary Lorentz Rothlisberger, Donna Jo Cain and Deloris Jean Emch, all of New Martinsville; brother-in-law, Wayne (Cassie) Dallas; two nephews, Kevin (Shelly) Sellers and Kent (Julie) Sellers, both of Texas; and numerous other nieces, nephews and special cousins. Lois also leaves special friend, Garnet VanDyne and her family in Ohio.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 751 Third Street, New Martinsville, where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Evangelist Paolo DiLuca and Evangelist Scott McKeever officiating.
Interment in Palmer Cemetery, Proctor, WV.
