HIGHLEY, Beulah M. Rine, 73, of Porters Falls, WV, died Friday July 6, 2012 at Wetzel County Hospital in New Martinsville after a long and courageous battle with COPD.
She was Born on January 11, 1939 in Porters Falls, WV, the daughter of the late Everett and Bertie Cross Rine.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Keith Highley, who died July 22, 1993; two sisters, Helen Rine and Sandra Kay Headley; and a brother, Donald Lee Rine.
Surviving are two sons, Brian Keith Highley and Sarah Hornbeck, Bradford Vaughn Highley and wife Donna; a daughter, Debra Ann Lancaster and Husband David; two sisters, Ruth Jackson and her husband Jim, and Doris Jean Rine; two brothers, Madison Rine and wife Barbara and Max Rine and his wife Vivian; 11 grandchildren, Shane (Stacia) Highley, Danielle (Chad) Pittman, Tori Highley, Taylor (Chris Wade) Highley, Mike Highley, Brandi (Josh John) Highley, Jason (Whitney) Wichterman, Jamie Wichterman, Jesse (Erin Jerico) Blacker, Brittany (Andy Brown) Blacker and Scottie Blacker; 11 great-grandchildren, who were the loves of her life, Makiyah, Ariaunna, Colson, Gaige, Graycen, Macie, Kolbin, Darsey, Carley, Honey, and Zoey; several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Monday from 2-8 p.m. at Palmer Funeral Home, Pine Grove, WV.
Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at the First Baptist Church in Pine Grove.
Interment in the Straight Cemetery, Reader, WV.
