Tom and Peggy Dailer of Wheeling celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, July 14.
They were united in marriage July 14, 1962 at St. Michael's Catholic Church by the Rev. Bernard Voegler.
Dailer is the son of the late Harry "Dubie" and Gertrude Dailer.
He is retired from HGO Technology.
Peggy Dailer is the daughter of the late James and Kathryn Oliver. She was the owner of Suzie-Q Bakery.
They have four children. The family includes David "Dubie" of Wheeling; T-Jay and his wife, Angel, of Wheeling; Kerry and his wife, Kathy, of Frederick, Md.; and Suzie of Wheeling. They have four grandchildren.
The children hosted a reception in their honor Saturday at Undo's in Elm Grove, Wheeling.
