He was born July 24, 1957, to Bernard and Shirley Hunter Collins of Wellsburg, WV. There will be a memorial service held at the Wellsburg, Nazarene Church on July 28, 2012, at 11 a.m. Arrangements by Reasner Funeral Home Wellsburg, WV.
