BAIRD, Marlene Eward, 75, of Bethlehem passed away Friday, August 3, 2012, at her home.
She was born December 24, 1937, in Martins Ferry, OH, the daughter of the late Jess and Ellen Eward.
She was a member of Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, and also a former Sunday school teacher and scout leader. She was a retired village clerk for the village of Bethlehem.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Ford.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert Baird; two daughters, Karen Ware of St. Clairsville and Diana Whaley and friend Jerry Kellet of Lawrence, PA.
Friends will be received Sunday, August 5, 2012, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Elm Grove, Wheeling (304-242-2311), where services will be held Monday, August 6, 2012, at 11 a.m. Interment in Park View Memorial Gardens.
