WHEELING - Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney will make a campaign stop in East Ohio on Aug. 14, according to campaign officials. The time and location will be announced when details are finalized.
Romney is expected to announce his decision regarding a running mate soon - in time for the Republican National Convention, which takes place Aug.27-30 in Tampa, Fla.
Romney is expected to win the Republican nomination for president following a vote of delegates at the convention. He will speak during the convention, as will his running mate.
