CULLEN, Timothy Mark, 57, formerly of Market St. St. Clairsville, OH, died August 10, 2012.
He was born January 2, 1955 a son of the late Chester and Marie Karrick Cullen.
Tim was a former custodian for the Ohio Valley Mall and a life member of Thoburn United Methodist Church St.Clairsville.
In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by his brothers Michael, Steven and Charles Cullen.
Friends are invited to attend Tim's funeral service at 11 a.m. Wednesday August 15, 2012 at the Beck-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory St.Clairsville with Dr. Bradley Call officiating.
Burial will follow in Union Cemetery St. Clairsville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Thoburn United Methodist Church.
