The River City Music Festival continues today at River City Restaurant, located at Main and 14th streets in Wheeling, with donations benefiting Harmony House.
Jason Miller, River City managing partner, said this is the third year for the free event that started Thursday and is slated to run through Saturday. While there is no cover charge to attend the outdoor festival, people may give money to Harmony House, which is an advocacy center that helps children who are victims of abuse.
''All the donations benefit Harmony House - come out and support them,'' Miller said.
