PARSONS, Joyce Lavonne Blake, 60, of Moundsville, W.Va., passed away Friday, August 24, 2012.
Family will receive friends Sunday, August 26, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1109 Second St., Moundsville, where services will be held Monday at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Mitch Johnson officiating.
Interment in Valley Brook Memorial Park, Moundsville.
