BOGARD, Leona Mae Doyle, 77, of Wheeling, died on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, in the Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling.
She was born June 1935 in Wheeling, the daughter of the late Marvin Doyle, Sr. and Leona Earnest Doyle and a high school graduate of the former Wheeling High School, Wheeling.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Bogard in 2009; a son, David C. Bogard and a brother, Marvin Doyle, Jr.
Surviving are a daughter, Cynthia Kolas of Glen Dale, WV; two sons, Robert L. Bogard and his wife, Katherine of Triadelphia, WV and Richard S. Bogard of Wheeling; a brother, Donald L. Doyle of Warwood, WV; four grandchildren, Joshua Bogard, David Kolas, Andrew Kolas and Emily Kolas; a great grand daughter, Elizabeth Anne Kolas and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Sunday, September 9, 2012 from 12-3 and 5-7 p. m. at the Kepner Funeral Home 166 Kruger St, Wheeling (304 242- 2311) where services will be held on Monday, September 10, 2012 at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Margie Carr officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.
