PHILLIPS, Mildred E., 62, of Pine Grove, WV, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2012 at her home.
She was a member of the Pine Grove Christian Church.
She was born on July 31, 1950 in Burchfield, WV, the daughter of the late Howard and Pauline Brookover Williams.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul and Gary Williams; and a sister, Alice Faye Williams.
Surviving is her husband, Joe Phillips; a daughter, Ashley Phillips of Parkersburg, WV; two sisters, Elisie Hannah of Vienna, WV and Sharon (Gary) Efaw of Pine Grove, WV; a brother, Calvin (Lois) Williams of Hannibal, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 3-7 p.m. Sunday at Palmer Funeral Home, Pine Grove, WV.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, September 10, 2012 at the Pine Grove Christian Church with Dale Dudgeon officiating.
Interment in Paden Memorial Gardens, Paden City, WV.
