WHITEHAIR, Ruby Christine Paugh, 62, formerly of Wellsburg, WV, passed away September, 9, 2012.
She was a wife, mother of five and grandmother of 13. Visitation will be held Saturday, 15, 2012 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at noon at Reasner Funeral Home, 1515 Charles St., Wellsburg, WV.
