ONA - Weir's Kristen Mastrantoni finished seventh Saturday at the West Virginia State Cross Country Meet at Cabell Midland High School.
Mastrantoni finished her high school career by crossing the finish line in the Class AA-A girls' race in 19:57.
Mastrantoni's teammate - Alexis Virtue - finished 14th with a time of 20:43.
Wheeling Central senior Emily Gordon was 22nd with a time of 21:16.
St. Mary's Maggie Drazba was a big winner, beating runner-up Katie Jan of Frankfort by more than two minutes.
Philip Barbour claimed the team title, with Frankfort second and Scott third.
Magnolia's James Haught was 17th in the Class AA-A boy's race with a time of 17:11.
Tyler Consolidated's Dylan Reynolds clocked in at 17:48, good enough for 31st.
Fairmont Senior, which dropped down from Class AAA this season, won the meet, with Frankfort and Doddridge County taking second and third, respectively.
Wheeling Park's Albert Schrimp was 37th with a time of 17:12 in the Class AAA boys' event.
Host Cabell Midland won the meet with University second and Jefferson third. Morgantown was fourth.
University's Amelia Paladino and Morgantown's Brynn Harshbarger finished 1-2 in the Class AAA girls' race.
The Mohigans had five top-10 finishers and beat the Hawks by 60 points to win the meet. Hurricane was third.
