HEATH, Charles Edward, Jr., 49, of Wheeling, died Thursday at his home.
He was born April 4, 1963 in Martins Ferry, OH, a son of the late Charles E. and Helen Dayton Heath.
Charles was retired from Wheeling Downs.
Surviving is his wife, Theresa Schayes Heath; a brother, Bryan Heath of Wheeling; a sister, Kelly Heath of Lansing, OH; two step-brothers, Christopher Caprita of Martins Ferry, OH and Clayton Caprita of St. Clairsville, OH.
There will be no visitation.
Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at the Care Funeral Home, 1500 Second St., Moundsville, WV on Monday, November 26, 2012, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Paul Smith officiating.
